Received a defective item?
Please send an email to support@Fivarella.com within 14 days after delivery, including:

1️⃣ Your order number
2️⃣ Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right!

Note: Claims submitted after 14 days or without the required details cannot be processed.


Exchanges

Our defect resolution policy ensures that we will gladly address any quality issues:

  • If your product arrives defective, we will provide:
    ✔ A free replacement product to resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the defect.
